As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This position is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Capitol Federal and can provide you with the skills you need for advancement within the bank.

This is a Part-Time position working up to 34 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 11:00-5:30, Friday 11:00-6:00, Saturday 8:45-12:00.

****Customer Service Associates are Responsible For:****

* Helping customers meet their financial goals by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service

* Processing customer transactions

* Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution

* Counting cash and balancing a drawer

* Maintaining bank and customer records

****Qualities We Look For:****

* Outgoing and a great attitude; able to talk with clients to build relationships

* Technologically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems

* Ability to adapt to change

****Ideal Candidates Should Have:****

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* At least six months of experience in customer service; cash handling is preferred

* Strong attention to detail
