Description:
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
- Ensure that all documentation is kept with the materials.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Seal containers or materials, using stretch wrap, tape, and other packaging materials.
- Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
- Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks
- Ensure integrity of parts after processing (damage, scratches, etc.)
- Visually inspect parts to ensure the process has been completed correctly
- Perform other duties as assigned
